Sustainability in every fiber
With us, sustainability starts at the roots — literally. All the wood we use comes from sustainably managed forests. But it doesn’t stop there. Sustainability is woven into everything we do, from sourcing to processing, from durability to reuse.
Sustainable wood = sustainable future
Our wood comes from responsibly managed European forests. That means no clear-cutting, no exploitation — only selective harvesting, replanting, and respect for biodiversity.
We work with wood that carries an FSC® label (FSC® COC number: SCS-COC-005219-VH) . This ensures your project won’t contribute to deforestation around the world.

A long lifespan = less waste
Our wood types — such as Robinia (Acacia), Oak, and Chestnut — belong to durability class 1, the highest in their category. This means they’re resistant to moisture, fungi, insects, and the test of time. No chemical treatment needed. All our wood is naturally strong.
A sheep fence, enclosure, or picnic table from us will remain beautiful and functional for many years. Now that’s true sustainability.
Local wood = fewer miles
Wherever possible, we choose wood from local or European forests. What does this mean in practice? Less transport, lower emissions, and greater control over quality and origin. In this way, we help reduce the ecological footprint — without compromising on charm or character.
Will you do your part by choosing our European wood?
