Privacy statement agreement and marketing

Your personal data (name, email address) is processed by Kempisch Domein BV for customer management based on the contractual relationship resulting from your order/placed request, in compliance with various legal obligations (our liability, retention obligations, accounting law), and for direct marketing (to potentially offer you new services) based on our legitimate interest to conduct business. The processing is always done by the managing director.

We inform you that during the execution of the assigned order/placed request, we cannot delete your data in order to guarantee our services. After termination of the assignment (possibly by you), we are required to keep your personal data for 10 years in accordance with applicable legal obligations. The data we retain and archive will only be the necessary data in the context of these legal obligations.
