Field fence

These fences, known as field fences, are often used as entrances to fields or meadows. Their simple yet robust appearance adds a nice touch to the rural landscape. Their traditional design and durable construction make them a functional entrance. Whether delineating meadows, marking rural paths or adding character to farms and estates, they are a timeless choice with a charming appearance.

Bespoke field fences and entrance gates

The field gate (also called field gate, hunting gate or universal gate in England) is equipped with one or two cross braces, which contributes to its characteristic appearance. The English gate, with its arch on one side and two diagonal braces, exudes timeless elegance. This classic model fits perfectly with rural houses and farms or to border a field or meadow. This model is also often found at driveways.

Whether bounding a meadow or welcoming guests, our fences and gates add not only functionality but also a touch of rural charm to any setting.

Our gates are available in oak or hardwood and are made according to traditional English methods. Combining two gates (a double gate) of the same size creates a stately appearance. We can make openings of up to seven metres.

We make gates in our workshop in standard sizes: 90, 120, 150, 180, 210, 240, 270, 300, 330 or 360 centimetres. Combinations of small and large sizes are always possible. The height in each case is 120 centimetres. It is possible to choose sizes other than those mentioned. We also supply matching oak gate posts with diamond head, available in the sizes 240x15x15 centimetres and 240x17x17 centimetres.
